Cool Sips: NYC’s Dirty Soda Spot Putting a Fun Twist on Drinks

If you’ve walked past Rockefeller Center or SoHo and spotted a bright, beachy, dirty soda shop, that’s Cool Sips. The founder, a seasoned restaurant operator, saw the rise of dirty sodas in the U.S., carbonated drinks mixed with creams, syrups, and fruit flavors. He realized New York City could use its own twist: a metro-friendly, playful beverage destination that lets you mix, match, and layer flavors to your heart’s content.

Since debuting at Rockefeller Center, Cool Sips has expanded to four NYC locations, serving sodas, teas, lemonades, energy drinks, and cold-brew coffee with endless mix-and-match possibilities. Aside from seasonal specials and custom creations, guests can select from a curated list of Signature Sips or create their own beverages with a variety of flavored syrups and creams. To add texture, check out the Stuffed Sips menu, offering fun “add-ins” like boba pearls and candy jellies, or mix these into your custom drink.
